Certification Overview

Advanced penetration testing in hands-on cyber range environments, covering exploit development and AI-powered testing methodologies. You prepare in a hands-on lab environment with instructor guidance, in our Ameerpet classroom or live online. The certification itself is issued by EC-Council.

CPENT AI at a Glance

CPENT is for people who can already scope a test, enumerate, pivot and write it up, and want advanced, hands-on proof. The exam is entirely practical, so it rewards people who have spent many hours in a lab.

Exam format	100% practical and proctored
Duration	Two 12-hour sessions or one 24-hour exam, plus a penetration test report within seven days
Passing score	At least 70% to earn CPENT. A score of 90% or more earns CPENT + LPT (Master)
Eligibility	At least 2 years in information security, or the CEH certification, or similar knowledge
Validity	One year, extended each year on payment of the continuing education fee, with credits required after a three-year cycle

How to Prepare for CPENT AI

• Build a repeatable method: scope, enumerate, exploit, pivot, report. In a practical exam, method beats memory.
• Rehearse a long session. The exam is two 12-hour sessions or one 24-hour exam, so plan breaks, notes and a report template in advance.
• Practice writing the report. The penetration test report is due within seven days of the final session.
• Aim for the 70% pass line, and treat 90% (CPENT + LPT, Master) as a stretch goal.

CPENT AI Only, or with the Offensive Security Track?

CPENT assumes the basics are in place. Our Offensive Security Track builds them first: application security, then advanced network and Active Directory penetration testing, each with reports you write and defend. Learners then arrive at CPENT with practice behind them, not only theory.

Fee, Dates and Format

The certification fee is ₹45,000 + 18% GST (₹53,100 in total). It includes one EC-Council exam attempt. Admissions confirms the next batch date, the mode and any remote proctoring or test-center charge in writing before you pay. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
