How to Prepare for CEH v13
- Work through all 20 modules once, then repeat the practical parts in a lab: scanning, enumeration, web attacks and wireless are where hands-on time pays off.
- For the knowledge exam, 125 questions in 4 hours leaves about 1 minute 55 seconds per question. Practice answering at that pace.
- If you plan the practical exam, rehearse under time: 20 challenges in 6 hours is about 18 minutes each.
- Keep notes on tools and commands as you go, because a practical exam rewards speed and recall.
- Use the supervised practice in the program to turn each module into something you have actually done.

CEH tests what you know across 20 modules. Hiring teams then ask what you have done: the scans you ran, the findings you proved, the report you wrote. Our Offensive Security Track builds that evidence over 12 weeks: application security, then advanced network and Active Directory testing, and CEH preparation can be added to it.
