Hacking Trainer Academy is at G-3, Sri Venkatasai Nest, Kallu Compound Rd, Nagarjuna Nagar Colony, Yella Reddy Guda, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500073. It is in a well-connected part of Hyderabad close to the metro station and IT hubs, so it works for students and for people coming from work.
Opening Hours and Batches
- Monday to Friday: four three-hour batches between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM IST
- Saturday and Sunday: inquiries 10 AM to 6 PM IST, practice support and help with questions 2:30 to 6 PM IST
- Each weekday batch has 1 hour 30 minutes of practice and a 1 hour 30 minute live class
Courses Available at the Center
All our courses run at the center: the Offensive Security Track (application security, then advanced network and Active Directory testing) and the optional SOC and DFIR course. Each course is 6 weeks at ₹20,000 + GST, and the two-course track is ₹30,000 + GST. EC-Council certifications: CEH v13, CPENT AI, CND v4 and CSA v2.

Who issues the certificate?
An institute completion certificate and an EC-Council certification are different things. Ask which you receive, and whether the exam voucher and any retake are included. Our parent company, BERRY9 IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, has been an EC-Council Accredited Training Center since 2015: ask us for the accreditation details.
What exactly is in the fee?
Tax, courseware, lab access, voucher and retakes should all be stated in writing before you pay.
How long do I get lab access?
Hands-on time is what turns a certificate into a skill. Ask for the lab access period and what happens if you miss a session.
Who is teaching me?
Ask for the instructor's name and background, and ask to see an example of graded work.
What is the withdrawal and refund policy?
It should be written down and acknowledged before you pay, not explained verbally afterward.
Do you offer placement?
We do not provide job placement or placement assistance. What we give you is the skill, six graded reports you can show an employer, and interview preparation: resume and LinkedIn review and mock technical interviews. Applying for jobs is up to you, and the hiring decision belongs to the employer.

What are the center hours?
We are open 7 days: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST, and Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST. Weekend practice support runs from 2:30 to 6 PM.
Is the center easy to reach by public transport?
The center is close to the metro station and IT hubs. Ask a counselor for directions when you call.
Can I attend online instead?
Yes. Live online sessions are available for the same courses.
