Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated October 28, 2026. You can attend 3 to 5 real classes free before you pay. If you enroll and things change, this is what happens to your fee.

GST is refunded along with the part of the fee it was charged on.
Before You Pay
Attend 3 to 5 real classes of a running batch, free. Admissions confirms your course, batch, time, mode and fee in writing before you pay. Nothing on this page applies until you have paid.
If We Cancel or Move Your Batch
If we cancel a batch, or move its start date or time slot and the change does not suit you, you choose: a full refund of everything you paid, or a seat in another batch at no extra cost.
If You Cancel Before Your Batch Starts
Tell us in writing before the first class. You get your fee back, less a ₹1,000 processing fee.
If You Leave in the First 5 Class Days
Tell us in writing within the first 5 class days of your batch. You get back the part of the fee for the classes not yet held, less the ₹1,000 processing fee. Classes that have been held count, whether or not you attended them.
Example: a ₹20,000 course is 90 hours. If you leave after 3 weekday classes (9 hours), you get back ₹20,000 × 81 ÷ 90, less ₹1,000: ₹17,000, plus the GST on it.
After the First 5 Class Days
There is no refund. If you cannot continue, you can move once to a later batch of the same course within 12 months, at no extra cost. Missed classes can also be made up in backup classes and weekend practice sessions.
The Offensive Security Track
The track is HTA-101 then HTA-102 for ₹30,000 + GST. For a refund, HTA-101 is counted at its single-course fee of ₹20,000 + GST, so the track discount is not paid out.
- Leaving during HTA-101: the rules above apply to HTA-101. Anything you paid beyond the HTA-101 fee is refunded.
- Leaving after HTA-101, before HTA-102 starts: if you paid in full, you get back ₹9,000 (₹30,000 less ₹20,000 for HTA-101, less ₹1,000), plus the GST on it. If you are paying in two installments, you pay ₹20,000 + GST in total for HTA-101, and the rest of the second installment is not charged.
- Leaving in the first 5 class days of HTA-102: the HTA-102 part of the fee (₹10,000) is refunded for classes not yet held, less ₹1,000.
EC-Council Certifications
Once we have bought an EC-Council exam voucher for you, it cannot be refunded, because EC-Council does not refund it. The training part of a certification fee follows the same rules as our courses.
When There Is No Refund
- Classes you did not attend while your batch was running, beyond the first 5 class days. Backup classes are available instead.
- Removal from a batch for using course skills or lab access against systems you are not authorized to test, or for serious misconduct.
How to Ask for a Refund or a Batch Move
Email info@hackingtrainer.com or WhatsApp +91 86868 92922 with your name, phone number, course, batch and payment receipt. We confirm within 2 working days and pay within 7 to 14 working days, to the account or card you paid from. Cash payments are refunded by bank transfer.

Hacking Trainer Academy is a training division of BERRY9 IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. This policy applies to fees paid on or after October 28, 2026. Anything agreed in writing at enrollment that is more generous to you takes precedence.
